Having to log in for everything now

I recently elected to "activate" the option of not having to log in recently via fingerprint/face or pin # And ever since I did that, I now have to log in with not only my email address, but password too every single time I do anything on this site now! Before I did that, I wasn't having to log in at all.

Has this happened to anyone else out there? Its beyond "annoying" now.

I contacted eBay via Help and even had them call me. Only to be told it's a "system cliché" that they are working on to fix. Well, that was two weeks ago! I think eBay needs new IT people.

@bria_mahan   Try a different browser,  make sure that you are not clearing your cookies when you close the browser.  Do not use a VPN.

Did you select the stay signed in option in account settings.  It will reduce the number of times you need to sign in but it is required for secure sections of eBay.

Sign in preferences> Manage your general sign in preferences.  Click view and then you will have to sign in to edit your preferences
