Have order confirmation, can't track order, no purchase shows up in my account, have made purchase!

Has anyone had a purchase made then you receive a tracking number because the item has been shipped but when you click on the tracking item window you get a blank screen. I've paid for the item but in my purchase history nothing is there. Have found it impossible to find a way to contact a human on ebay. Advice please.

If they shipped via USPS, you can go to https://www.usps.com/welcome.htm , copy the tracking number in and get the information.  If the tracking was via a different carrier, then just go to their website and put the tracking number in.

You can also get the information from your Purchases.  There is a spot there to see the tracking.
