The auction when off 10/29/22. The buyer has not paid. I sent a email on 10/31/22 no answer from buyer.

Hi @siethketers1969 

Thank you for clarifying.  You only have to wait 4 days to the minute and then Cancel the transaction (its on the pull-down list on the Sold item awaiting payment) using the Reason Buyer did not pay.    The Buyer gets an Unpaid item strike on their account and you can Relist.  If Buyers get 2 or more Unpaid strikes in a 12 month period they will not be able to purchase from all Sellers.

I add Buyers to my Blocked Buyer list when they do not pay ... here's the link:  Buyer Management | eBay

If you look at the transaction it will show you the exact time the item ended.
