I recently sold an item and a customer reached out about it. She said It Fell Apart. Thank you for your services. I should say something, but what should I say? It was shipped to her in one piece. I used it one time. It didn't work for me. That's why I sold it. I could get someone's professional advice. I would so appreciate it.

@careheartsthrift_3 Just wait and see if they file an eBay Money Back Guarantee refund request. If they do then you MUST accept the return and pay return shipping OR refund without a return.
You don't know if they abused the item and caused the damage so that's why I recommend not responding and just waiting.
