@kramersells Sorry that your seller has not responded. If they shipped then there most likely will be tracking in your purchase history. However sellers are not required to enter the tracking on the sold item as tracking while nice to have as a buyer is for the sellers protection to prove delivery.
Never expect an item sooner than the last estimated delivery date stated on the purchase history.
If you need to expedite an order then you MUST contact the seller prior to making the purchase to see if they can accommodate you. Sellers can not add extra shipping charges after a payment has been made.
Sorry your purchase didn't go smoothly. Here's how to get your money back. I hope you can get the part you need soon.
Look for the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history. You can file a refund request when the item is at least a day late. If tracking shows movement I recommend waiting a week or so for postal service delays.
You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a refund request on eBay.
Select your item on this page to start a refund request:

4 business days after you file the refund request ask eBay to step in and help if the seller has not refunded you.

If it is more than 30 days past the last estimated delivery date then you can file a refund request on PayPal up to 180 days from the date of purchase. OR if you didn't use PayPal at checkout contact your bank or credit card to report that you didn't receive the item.
