Several clients have complained that they have not recieved their shipments. I have been using usps and 2 packages say they are "waiting for pick-up" 1 customers tracking number shows as delivered but their business was not open at the time of delivery and nothing was left. I have also shipped other items and they show as delivered but we're not delivered to the correct location and usps is denying my claims
