Being harassed by a member, How do I report him?

eBay doesn't take reports on he said this-she said that. They don't become involved in interpersonal disputes. You have to ignore their messages and not respond and eventually they'll quit.

Open one of the messages. Click ACTION. You can select Report the buyer, as well as Block future messages.
