Handle return request.

Hi all. 

I got a return request from customer. 
I ask Customer to ship it back and I start refund. 
My question is If I refund but customer does not return the item.  Is there another way to process in the next step ?

Always wait for the return before issuing the refund.

You should not refund until you get the item back. Did you already issue a refund?
