I purchased a new Chanel handbag, it went to authenticator who posted to me in a box 3x size of the Chanel box with one strip of eBay tape. When I got the bag, the Chanel box was opened and the bag was flopping around, even post man said there was an issue as you could see the bag. Bag was crushed. I reported to eBay , who asked for repair to quote repair. I got this from bag spa saying it couldn’t be repaired. Over a week later eBay said, return to authenticator. I did this and yesterday, without warning when I had asked for a refund, bag appeared at my door. Bag is still crushed and now 2 lipstick stains in bottom of bag. This was a new bag and I send this back in good faith. They now closed case saying I put them there. What are my options? Credit card chargeback, small claims court? I did not put the marks in bag, my wife has never used lipstick in her life!!!!
