Hacked account ( twice after changing password

Has anyone else had this issue,  I have been hacked twice now, and now someone has put some crap up for sale on MY account.

(115078551373 - Microsoft Office 365 & 2021 & 2019 & 2016 Professional Plus ! READ DESCRIPTION !) . This is Removed!.

Now( Millions by Frank Cottrell Boyce (Paperback, 2015) NEW1) 

How can I stopped this , my password is extremely hard and I don't know how to stop this?

Change your eBay password and your email password. If you access eBay through a computer, scan your computer for malware or viruses.
