HS tarriff code

I sold a clothing item to a military serviceman overseas. I have been asked to provide an HS tariff code in order to print the label. 
Has this happened to anyone? What do I do?

The Tariff Code is six digits and is required on customs forms for items going to certain countries such as Guam.
