HOW to allow bidder to bid on multiple items.

I've been on ebay for decades.  I've never experienced buyer limits for number of items they wish to purchase.  I keep getting this error message when attempting to eliminate or increase buyer ability for multiple purchases.  VERY frustrating, and wasted over an HOUR trying to figure this out!! What ever happened to live help??

Message I keep getting when trying to increase buyer limit:

Unfortunately, we were unable to find your selling limits. It looks like there may have been a technical issue or you're not registered as a seller. If you're already set up as a seller, you can request an increase. Or you can learn more about starting to sell on eBay

Make sure the name on your ebay account matches exactly to the name on your checking account.

Make sure your registered address is a physical location, and not a P.O. box. You can change it later.
