HOW to adjust Promoted % in bulk?!?

How do I adjust Promoted listings to the latest percentage in BULK? It's crazy impossible to update them one at a time. There has to be a way. What am I  missing? Thanks.

From your Active items list, select the items you want to edit and click Edit above the list. When you get to the Bulk Edit page, again select the items you want to work with and click Edit promoted listings above the list.
