HOW DO I GET A RETURN POSTAL LABEL TO A BUYER

Buyer not happy with purchase (has a history of this) I have issued refund but he will not return unless i send him a pre paid postal label.

Ebay keep blocking my e-mail with label as an attachment.

Any ideas

What type of attachment?  You should be able to send the label as a jpeg file in an eBay message.

If the order was placed less than 14 days ago, you should be able to see the buyer's email address on the order detail page.  It is removed after 14 days.

If it is no longer there, you should still be able to have the buyer send you their email address so then you could send the label directly to them. It is OK to share email addresses once you have a transaction together.
