I shipped a 38x8x4 package weighing 4 lbs, ebay printed Fedex home delivery shipping label for $20.30. FedEx ends up billing me for 10 lbs and $49.80

You would think that with automated bots running even ebay customer "service" ebay could usa a computer to compute dimensional weight and automate this for sellers so we know what we wend up paying.
