Hello All, Longtime 16 years EBAYER is wondering if some you out there feel this "holding of buyers funds is an unfair practice. I worked at a bank 30 yrs, but I don't see a company "holding" funds IF and WHEN they've already received an approval via (debit, credit or paypal). They also expect us to SHIP when we haven't even been paid. I had them call me and I also raised the question as to WHY they don't have a LIVE agent phone#. I complained the live chat and automated merely redirects you to articles for assistance! Said she didn't know! UNACCEPTABLE.
