*HLEP* Tracking not updating after reaching LICHFIELD SERVICE CENTRE

It's been 5 days since the last update on eBay item tracking for Parcel A, I was given 2 tracking numbers, 1 from Yodel and the other from Global(UPAAH***************), and both tracking in both Yodel and eBay tracking pages show

Parcel A

LICHFIELD SERVICE CENTRE

it stated it's been delivered, but it's supposed to ship to Singapore, as that's where I am.

I had another item from another seller bought at the same time, when it reached Lichfield it did alert me with emails stating where it's going etc.

Parcel B

Parcel B was processing fine, and now it's on its way to Singapore. but Parcel A still stuck at LICHFIELD SERVICE CENTRE, the seller said 'It must be still in customs in U.K.' but It has been 5 days, and both parcels stated that will be delivered to me by 29 Dec. 

I'm not worried about Parcel B, but what can I do now for Parcel A? Is the parcel lost? Or is it not processing?

 It appears your seller is located in the UK and is using the Global Shipping Program (or ebay International Shipping), so the package is delivered to Litchfield, where the Customs form is created and then possibly repackaged to send to you in Singapore.  If you do not receive your packages within a few days of the last estimated delivery date, log into the ebay UK site, go to your Purchase history, and file an Item Not Received case to get your money back.
