Ask seller what carrier they are using to your area. Then call and find out where their terminal is for pickup. Use that address for the shipment when purchasing and paying. Make sure first that you have way to pickup from an elevated loading dock. Otherwise, you would have to have a local truck bring it from there to your home.

We need more information but if the item was shipped via a Freight service then Residential deliveries are not possible. There are numerous reasons for that, truck size restrictions for roads and underpasses, no loading dock at you home, etc.

Thank you for your reply.
I remember when shipping large items in the past, the seller would provide the address of a transfer station outside the city, and then the buyer would drive to pick up the goods. But this time I didn't see such an option, doesn't EABY provide such a service?

Transfer station? I never heard of that and I've been around awhile.
Whether you use FREIGHT or USPS you have to deliver it to the address that came with the payment.

No, Ebay doesn't provide that.
You'll need to find a place that will accept the item for you, probably with a loading dock, so you can go pick it up.
