HELP!!!!!!!!

My first time selling something and they said they temporarily restricted my account from selling because they saw activity that doesn't follow their policies. How do I fix this I push help/contact and still can't find a way to send a message?

Customer Service on ebay.com, the USA site, is only for members located in the USA and Canada, between the hours of 5am-10pm Pacific Time. Click on HELP & CONTACT at the top right corner of most screens.  Work through the questions.  At the end you can either send a message or use the Call Me option.  If using a mobile phone, disable the spam filter so the call can go through.
