Gun broke, but still in my 30 return. Already received a partial refund for mags not working.

What can I do , I'm in my 30 day window for a return. Already received a partial refund for mags that were **bleep**. Was told that since I got the partial for the mags my 30 day is voided. What can I do?

@low.bu_82   You can get one not as described case per item on eBay.  File another refund request on PayPal or charge back with your bank or credit card. 

Paypal has a "return shipping on us" offer for Paypal members with a USA residence and a USA bank account linked to their paypal account. They will reimburse you up to $30 per return for up to 12 items per year.

You have to activate the offer prior to opening a return case for an item that was not as described. Payment for the item must have been made using your paypal account

You have 180 days from purchase to file an item not as described claim on paypal.

Follow all of the steps. Do not let it time out.  Escalate the dispute to paypal if the seller has not refunded you a few days after tracking shows delivery.    If you are returning an item to a country that does not have 1st class delivery confirmation you MUST use Priority Mail.
