@alistforless When an item qualifies for the Authenticity Guarantee Program there is no opting out. You must ship to the Authentication center.

I see you had a break of more than 90 days from selling from looking at your feedback page ( I know that's not always accurate though) If you have had a break from selling then you are subject to fund holds.
New or infrequent sellers will experience transaction holds while learning best selling practices. This helps sellers become established and build a strong selling history on eBay. New sellers typically experience holds for up to 30 days, although sometimes it may be longer
