Got scammed

Hi! I got scammed today. I bought an adopt me pet for $200 and the seller asked for pick up code . It says it is delivered, but I did not receive the item. I contacted seller and they said they don't have the item . What do I do now? how I get help from eBay to return my money? the seller is not refunding. Thank you

Was this pickup only or was it shipped?

Did you get a code?  If so, why would you give it to the seller, if you didn't pick it up?

If shipped, did you check with the carrier as to where it was actually delivered?

This is a digital item. I used to buy those pets from other sellers and they needed the pick up code too. I didn't expect them to scam me this time

Seller is breaking the rules to begin so no buyer protection.

1. Select The seller has violated one of eBay’s policies and click Continue.

2. On the next page, enter the seller's ID and select Other.

3. Note violations like using pickup only, etc..........

Best you can do is open a dispute with the payment processor.
