Google forcing me to log in to Ebay using Google password

When I tried to log in to Ebay, Google appeared to have overtaken my account and made me sign in using a Google YouTube account name I have.  I refused it, yet it appeared to have established a new Ebay Account using that name.  What is UP?  And I hate the fake Ai "HELP" which is NO help at all.  Is someone piggybacking my computer while I'm on it?

Google cannot dictate how you sign in to eBay.
