I have a customer wanting to know why global shipping took so long. We have zero control over global shipping so how do I resolve this? The item was confirmed accepted by ebay global shiopping within 4 days of my shipping, they then took 2 weeks to ship out and now 1 more week to deliver to canada.
The customer is not native english speaking so is having a tough time understanding me trying to explain this. Of course ebay is having just as much if not more trouble understanding too!
As an aside, is it a known issue for ebay to hold shipments at global shipping and ship out in 'batches'?
