Global Shipping Program

I live in The United Kingdom but I am finding it so hard to buy Diecast Models from the USA though the global shipping program. The Sellers say they do Ship to The United Kingdom only using the global shipping program but ebay will not let buy from them. This is be going on for months now. Any help would be appreciated please.

@53ll37.   The UK import rules have changed and many items are being blocked by the eBay international shipping program. 

Sometimes an item is blocked that should otherwise be allowed due to a keyword that trigger the bots.
