Global Shipping Program to Australia

I am about to bid on an item in the USA, I am in Australia. I know USPS has temporarily suspended post to Australia and I realise the GSP uses Pitney Bowes. My question is, if I buy an item where the seller specifies GSP shipping will it ship to Australia?

eBay international standard delivery and GSP are not affected; both services will continue to provide timely delivery to Australia.
