Recently a buyer opened a return for a pair of shoes (didn't fit). Unfortunately, she didn't return the shoes within the return time window and eBay closed the return.
Now the buyer is messaging me and asking if she can still return the shoes for a refund. I have no problem with this. I told her to go ahead and return them and I would refund her when they arrived.
Then she messaged me saying that she lost my return address and asked me to provide it via eBay messaging. This is where I am hesitant because I have heard that eBay forbids sending personal information such as email addresses and residential addresses vis the messaging system.
What do I do?

As long as the sale was in the last 90 days, you should have no problem sharing contact info including your address with your buyer.
