Hello I've been shopping eBay for the last 20 some years never had any issues I'm addicted to eBay I started my Christmas shopping last week but I've been receiving with people I've never done business before and I have 100% positive feedback and I never leave negative feedback and I'm trying to buy things like you know for children toys and whatnot or even shoes and I go to bed and it says, Sorry! User ID blocked. 3008. What don't the sellers want my money I always use PayPal they get paid I don't understand the situation and it's driving me bonkers
