Getting rid of "A new device is using your account"??

I have a  desktop, a laptop, and a phone. Every time I log in on the desktop a message appears in the In-Box:
"A new device is using your account."  But not sure how to stop getting this message.

If your desktop browser is set to clear your cookies when closing the browser, don't do that.

eBay will send that message when signing in using a new device, a new browser, an old browser without cookies from a previous eBay session, or when signing in using a new network IP-address. Avoid doing those things and you should avoid those messages.
