I have recently been a victim of my account being hacked and I cannot get the help I need through e-Bay.
I am currently working in England and though I managed to get my account restored, I cannot reply to any potential buyers of my items.
I have been contacted by e-Bay by telephone, but, it seems as though they keep messing up my phone number that I recently provided to them and I am all out of ideas.
Going through the automated website does not get me the help I need to get my ability to send messaging unblocked. Can anyone be of help? I tried to contact e-Bay using a number that supposedly works in the USA, but all I get when I attempt to call them is a recording that tells me that they are upgrading the system and to call back again at another time.
