I went to the post office to send a package, the post office clerks counter area would not allow my wifi signal to be picked up on my phone that had my info to generate a QR code. The postal person told me I might have to step outside to get my wifi to work, by this time I already had pushed buttons to purchase a shipping label and show the QR, I get outside and wait while my phone picks up a signal and when it did I was trying to push buttons and the whole shipping screen disappeared, so being new at this I look for the way to show the QR and can't find it. And it's saying item has been shipped. So I resolve to push the purchase another label so I could show the QR and get the label printed at the postal counter. So the package goes on its way and now I have 2 tracking numbers and when I looked at them a couple days later one shows shipping progress the other tracking number says post office awaiting for package arrival to the post office, I only had one package with one item in it being sent. Then ebay was listing multiple shipments on the details page, I managed to get to a screen to void a shipping label but when I clicked on it it gave me an error message and never voided the unused label & tracking number.now ebay shows delivered I'm charged twice for shipping I messaged customer service and nothing's been done to correct it,by the way I tried voiding the unnecessary purchase in under 5 day point but it wouldn't let it happen from my mobile ebay app. now what gets me is the unused tracking number shows package delivered but it was the other tracking number and label that were correct,not this unused label which read awaiting packages arrival to the post office and ebay still shows multiple shippments
