Getting an empty, blank, whited-out notifications window? What's up?

Try logging off of ebay, rebooting, and then logging back on.  If that doesn't work, try another browser.

Thanks. I have actually done both--logged out, come back in, logged out, tried a different browser. Doesn't make any difference. I have also checked my notification settings, run virus & malware scans, etc. I can find notifications of offers and sales in my messages, and if I right click on the bell, and then click "inspect," the notifications will appear alongside the string of computer code.

That's a good suggestion. I've never done that, didn't know of it, in fact! So thanks. May be a better way to go.
