Getting a refund for my books

I bought 2 Books from Better World Books. They were library copies and were not as described.I contacted the seller and made an offer notwithstanding this. This was rejected so I opted to return the books and claim my refund in full as advertised.  They have still not processed my refund . They keep on saying they havent got round to it. I have certificate of posting dated 19th March 2024. I am trying to get help from Ebay but the help all seems about sellers . How do I start?

Hi @ollierdevon  Did you receive the books on March 19th?  You have up to 30 days after you receive an item to open a return for refund request with eBay's Money Back Guarantee.

If you received the books on March 19, then the seller has delayed you past the deadline for eBay to make them refund you. 

If you received the books later than March 19, it may not be too late. Go here and click Start a return:
