I had a buyer give negative feedback because they claimed they didn't remember ordering it. I confirmed that it was indeed the right item they ordered, and it was shipped to the correct address. I reported the buyer to eBay, but they just allowed the negative feedback to stand because the buyer did not respond or remove the feedback in the 15 day period. That is nonsense.
