Getting a callback

6 times automated a tells me to choose option.  However, only 1 option, an email, is displayed.  Apparently we cannot speak to an agent anymore.  It's an ebay glitch that was reported 2 days not fixed and will effect my seller status.

@oregontrader. Some topics only have email contact now.   As a fellow seller I know that this is frustrating.  

What exactly are you trying to contact customer service about?  I might be able to offer advice as I am knowledgeable about eBay's policies and procedures.  

Or if I know the topic I might be able to help you get past the bot by wording your request for help differently.
