How? They are annoying and useless. I have no interest in seeing this waste of my time above every item I look at.

It is possible to use an element hiding tool of an ad blocker to block such things from appearing in your browser, but this requires doing some work to learn how to use the element hiding tool and create a rule that works without blocking other things you want to see.
