Germany Classifieds Account

I'm in the US and trying to make a login for the germany classifieds site (https://www.ebay-kleinanzeigen.de/) but it is not letting me.  Am I doing something wrong or has ebay restricted this for some reason?  There is stuff I want to buy there but I can't! Thx.

When you do a search on ebay.com, if a seller in Germany will ship to the USA, you should be able to see the listing among your search.  You can also log into the ebay German site using your user ID, js99nielsen, by going to   https://www.ebay.de

Thank you disneyshopper but I was referring more to the Germany ebay classifieds site.  Can I somehow use my current ebay account (or make a new account) to access that site?
