@madiganrog1 You can select print ANOTHER label from the drop down menu next to the sold item but then the item will have two tracking numbers which will confuse the system.
I would buy the label from Pirateship.com so you don't have two tracking numbers on the sold listing.
HOWEVER if the buyer has filed a not received refund request the BEST option is to refund the buyer from the request then have the buyer purchase the replacement item. This way you don't run the risk of the buyer receiving the replacement item AND a refund ( yes that's happened).
