I Live in Florida and I sold a Plush electronic dancing Gemmy the snowman. The only issue is that the area that I live in is the area that was flooded and Gemmy got soaked and his electronics got ruined and I didn't realize this until he was getting ready to be shipped. How do I cancel the sale without taking a hit? Is it even possible?
