Funds being held until 1 day after we confirm delivery

After being an ebay member for 16 years with no strikes against my account I suddenly get this message. I have never had a dispute with any buyers. I have maintained 100 % positive feedback, according to my seller dashboard I am above standard, my shipping has always been on time, if not early and their "holding my funds until 1 day after delivery confirmation?" Could someone here please tell me what the {expletive deleted} is going on here!

You didn't sell for quite a while. So, eBay treats you as a new seller. Just for safety reasons.

Had 3 sales last week. No problems, released funds the next day after shipping confirmation, today, being held. I do tend to sell erratically, not continuously, but also had sells in May with no problems. Seems like that should be looking  at your overall performance over time. Probably some new computer algorithm put in place  since they went to managed payments
