It is sad when you offer up an Item and ship it out, then to realize your buyer is a scammer. It is too bad that some do not get caught right away. I had a recent buyer say my item was not as described, said they took it to a shop and the shop said it was unrepairable, then to find out that the buyer never took it to the shop they confirmed they took it too. Lied over and over again and then to find out the item they purchased they had running that morning! The same item they said a shop that never looked at the item said it was defective. What is frustrating is even after Ebay seen all this evidence of this scammer in the messages, I still have to have my funds held up. I wanted to do ebay power selling but I think once my subscription is up I am no longer going to use Ebay for sales except in hard to find items. It is very disappointing.

How is this buyer a scammer? All you need to do is to tell the buyer to file a Returns Request in order to return the item for a full refund. Whatever the buyer comes back with, repeat with the same answer.
