I recently purchased an Item thru Ebay…..Seller accepted offer, never heard from again...…I opened a case which was then cancelled because I also contacted paypal and they  supersede Ebay , which in my mind is the the way to go if you paid with paypal acc...…..My Question is this :   WHY HAS EBAY ALLOWED THIS SELLER TO HAVE 225 NEGATIVE FEEDBACKS IN ONE MONTH AND STILL KEEP SELLING??…….I  Suggest using Paypal to follow up with Your Claim...they assured me they will Restrict a seller after 10 negative feedbacks......Ebay seems to be enabling
