So here is the run down of the issue:
* Bought a lens from an ebay seller that said no fungus, no damage, etc.
* Item arrives and it has fungus.
* Start a return; the guy tries to bull**bleep** me about no return labels, or splitting the difference 50%.
* After a few days finally sends me a return label.
* Once returned; lies about fake damage and refunds 50% anyway. Opened a case with Ebay and showed my images that proved it was not damaged.
* Get an invoice months later from Fedex saying I've been billed the same amount + shipping that the lens cost.
Fedex has been useless and needs an account number. The issue is the image I got sent in Ebay Messages that probably has it won't show a bigger version. Is there anyway to report this seller for fraud? I have already seen they changed the shop name again. Is there any way to recover the originally sized images from Ebay Messages?
