Fraudulent Activity on My Account

Dear eBay Team,  
I am at an absolute loss for how to communicate with you effectively, as every attempt I’ve made over the past several months has been met with irrelevant, automated responses that fail to address the core issue. Let me make this unequivocally clear: I have no intention of paying for the mishandling and negligence displayed by your platform.  
My account was hacked in December, leading to unauthorized purchases and sales conducted by someone based in the United States – a location where I do not reside and have no connection to. Despite repeatedly notifying you of this breach, your lack of action and inability to provide meaningful support has been appalling.  
All my attempts to reach a competent human representative have failed. I am constantly met with AI-generated answers that are entirely unhelpful. I demand that you provide me with a direct channel to a senior human representative who has the authority and competence to resolve this matter.  
This is not a trivial request, and I expect a meaningful response this time. I will not be satisfied until I receive a clear path of action and proper assistance regarding this fraudulent activity.  
I am awaiting your prompt and relevant reply.
