Fraud message

I received this message this morning from this eBayer. I didn't click on the link he provided. I am thinking  this may be a scam. Needs some advice.

This is a SCAM. Many Sellers have posted they received the identical message.

If you somehow received this in eBay messaging, there should be a report feature in the message area. Do not click on any links and do not respond.
