I sold an item and forgot to add the tracking number. It hasn't delivered yet. I filed a claim with the post office using both addresses (buyer and seller). Is there anything else I can do? I can't reply to dispute because I can't provide the tracking number. I did email the buyer to apologize and told her I filed a claim

@monicdea You can't file a claim with the postal service if you don't have the tracking number.
If you do HAVE the tracking number that shows delivery to the buyer then you can respond the to case with the tracking and you win the case.
If you do NOT have the tracking number that shows delivery then you MUST refund the buyer. If you do NOT refund the buyer willingly then eBay will step in and FORCE a refund, you will not get your sellers fees back AND you will get a DEFECT.
