Hi Just had a question, seller to seller. I recently had an intem returned from a buyer per ebay demanding that I pay for the buyer to return the item 30 days after they had it , AND pay for the postage for them to do so , along with a full refund of item and purchase price. EVEN though I stated no returns on my auctions, the buyer's reason was because THEY did not think it was an authentic brio train piece. Even though it was and had all the proper labeling from Brio etc etc.
Has this happened to you? Has someone and ebay demand you accept a return because the buyer "didn't think" it was authentic with no proof of this.
I complained bitterly to ebay, but they just took the funds from my paypal account.
I wondered if they was any other way to handle it, I did call ebay and go no no no seller support. thanks just asking
