For the first time I’m being asked for a tariff code for a hat I’m selling on eBay

I doesn’t seem to be a international purchase but in order to get a label

printed it requires a 6 digit code. Can anyone help me to find out how to do this? I can’t seem to find a number to eBay’s customer service or support. Thank you kindly for your time !
