Fixed Price Listing Period

Did eBay recently change the Duration choice of a Fixed Price item Format?  I'm sure that Fixed Price used to have Duration choice.  However, now when I create a new listing, there is no longer a choice, just Good 'Til Cancelled.  I've clicked on the Duration info icon within the new listing form; it links to the eBay page that lists various (prior?) choices for Fixed Price Duration.  Doesn't seem to make sense.  Also, under Good Til Cancelled, is the listing period indefinite?  Appreciate the feedback.
