First class will not insure but will charge me for it.

This has happened a few time insuring first class packages.

I click for insurance re calculate all is totaled including the extra insurance fee then i go to open to print and the final total is just the first class bill and no added payment for the insurance.

I don't notice it till I've already been billed for the total with insurance but the receipt is for just first class.
